Founder Seth Saxton built Keystone Restoration in Bluffdale around that standard — an owner-operated restoration company where there’s no franchise queue, no call center, and no job that’s "too small to matter." He is personally IICRC-certified in water damage restoration (WRT), applied microbial remediation (AMRT), and applied structural drying (ASD), and holds crews to the standard of a business whose name is on every truck. Seth Saxton knows every active job and gives customers straight answers about what insurance will and won’t cover. It’s why Keystone answers its emergency line 24/7 with a real person and commits to a 45-minute emergency response across Salt Lake, Utah, Davis, and Wasatch Counties.

Restoration done right follows the IICRC S500 standard — the industry’s reference for professional water damage restoration. Our technicians are IICRC certified, our drying plans are documented with daily moisture readings, and our estimates are written in Xactimate, the system insurance adjusters use themselves. Insured, with documentation to back every decision on every job. Water mitigation work does not require a Utah contractor license. Keystone Restoration is an IICRC Certified Firm (#70266523). Reconstruction is performed by our sister company Keystone BuildWorks, a licensed and insured contractor.
