This policy describes how we handle personal information collected through this site. It does not cover information you provide to third parties, including your insurance carrier.

Information you provide through our forms

Insurance agent referrals

If an insurance agent submits a referral on a client’s behalf, we collect the agent’s name, agency, and phone number along with the client’s name and phone number so we can reach the client and keep the agent informed.
