What happened: A water heater failed overnight in a finished SunCrest basement, putting two inches of water across 900 square feet of living space — carpet, drywall, and a built-in entertainment center all soaked by morning.
What we did: On-site within 40 minutes of the morning call. Truck-mounted extraction, pad removal, targeted drywall cuts, and a documented 4-day dry-down. BuildWorks then replaced pad and carpet, repaired drywall, and repainted the full level.
Outcome: Claim approved on first submission with our documentation. Family back in their basement in under three weeks, with the water heater loss fully covered minus deductible.

What happened: A second-floor supply line burst over a weekend in a Bountiful office building, sending water through the floor into a ground-level suite — two businesses affected, both facing a Monday opening.
What we did: Emergency extraction Saturday night, containment to keep the unaffected suites operational, after-hours drying with daily readings, and phased rebuild scheduled around both tenants' business hours.
Outcome: Both businesses opened Monday morning. Drying completed in four days with zero lost business days for either tenant, and per-suite documentation supported two separate insurance claims cleanly.
